Terms of Use

Last updated: July 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Media Kit (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using Media Kit, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. About Media Kit

Media Kit is a media management tool that helps users organize, review, and manage photos and videos on their iPhone.

The App may include features such as:

  • Photo and video review
  • Similar or duplicate media grouping
  • Screenshot, blurred photo, Live Photo, and video categorization
  • Video compression
  • Video to Live Photo conversion
  • Travel album and media map organization
  • Storage usage insights related to selected media files

2. User Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing all media items before taking any action.

Before deleting, compressing, converting, or saving any photo or video, please carefully confirm that the selected items are correct.

We are not responsible for loss of media caused by your intentional actions, including deleting items, removing items from “Recently Deleted”, compressing videos, or overwriting files.

3. Media Review and Deletion

Media Kit may help identify similar, duplicate, blurred, or other categorized media items. These results are generated to assist your review and may not always be perfect.

You should always manually confirm items before deleting or modifying them.

Deleted photos or videos may continue to appear in the iOS “Recently Deleted” album until they are permanently removed according to Apple’s system behavior.

4. Video Compression

Media Kit may allow you to compress selected videos to reduce file size.

Compression may affect video quality, resolution, bitrate, or other file characteristics. Estimated savings shown in the App are for reference only and may differ from the final result.

You should review compressed output before deleting the original video.

5. Video to Live Photo Conversion

Media Kit may allow you to convert selected video clips into Live Photos.

Conversion results may vary depending on video format, duration, resolution, device performance, and iOS limitations. The App does not guarantee that every video can be converted successfully.

6. Travel Albums and Media Organization

Media Kit may organize photos and videos based on available metadata, such as date or location information embedded in your media.

Travel album results are for convenience and may not always reflect the exact place, trip, or event. You are responsible for reviewing and managing your media.

7. Permissions

Certain features require access to your photo library. If you do not grant permission, or if you grant limited photo access, some features may not be available or may have limited functionality.

You can change permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

8. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Some features of Media Kit may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase.

Subscription options, pricing, free trial availability, and billing periods will be displayed in the App before purchase.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings:

Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions

Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies. You can request a refund through Apple at:

9. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, the trial period and terms will be shown before you subscribe.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription may automatically renew as a paid subscription through Apple.

Free trial availability may vary by user, region, product, or promotion.
