Welcome to Clean Now. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Clean Now and its related services on Android devices. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Clean Now, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision, please stop using the app immediately.
2. Service Overview
Clean Now is an AI-powered Android cleaner that helps you free up storage space and keep your device organized. The app may help detect duplicate or similar photos and videos, compress videos, identify large or unused files, and manage duplicate or incomplete contacts, depending on the features available on your device.
3. Permissions and Information
To provide cleaning and organization features, Clean Now may request access to device media, files, storage information, photos, videos, and contacts. These permissions are used only to provide the features you choose to use, such as detecting duplicates, cleaning media, compressing videos, and merging contacts.
Clean Now may also collect limited technical and usage information, including device model, Android version, app version, feature usage, diagnostics, and crash logs. This information is used to maintain app performance, improve services, prevent misuse, and provide support.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Clean Now is free to download. Some premium features, such as Smart Clean, Video Compression, and Duplicate Contacts Merge, may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase.
Payments are processed securely through Google Play Billing and are linked to your Google Play account. Subscription prices and billing periods will be displayed before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through Google Play:
Open Google Play Store > Profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > select Clean Now > Cancel subscription.
If you cancel a subscription, you will usually continue to have access to premium features until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically provide a refund.
Refund requests are handled according to Google Play refund policies and applicable law. You may request a refund through Google Play, or contact us for support regarding purchase issues.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to use Clean Now only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for reviewing files, photos, videos, contacts, or other content before deleting, compressing, merging, or modifying them. Clean Now is not responsible for content deleted or changed by your actions.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect product updates, legal requirements, or operational changes. The latest version will be made available in the app or through other appropriate channels. Your continued use of Clean Now after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Clean Now is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet every user requirement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express and implied warranties related to the app and its services.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property associated with Clean Now, including trademarks, designs, source code, content, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to [EVERENGINE TECH (HONG KONG) LIMITED]. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the app without prior written authorization.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the developer’s registered jurisdiction, excluding conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Clean Now shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
